Streamline your shipment planning and strengthen supplier collaboration

Shipment Planning
Shipment Planning
Plan your deliveries smarter with Tradecloud One. Our supply chain platform provides advanced tools for shipment planning, giving you real-time visibility into your shipments while improving collaboration with suppliers. Increase delivery reliability and reduce disruptions with a streamlined approach.
Shipments can be created and tracked via the platform, fully transparent for all parties involved. Suppliers can create shipments based on confirmed order lines, including Track & Trace information. This enables better production and warehouse planning. Shipments can be registered and planned by suppliers and prepared as an expected receipt in your ERP system, including digital packing slips, waybills, and specifications.
In addition to manually creating shipments in the portal, suppliers can also submit digital packing slips (DESADV and/or despatch advice) via EDI or SCSN format.
Shipment Planning is an optional module.
01
- Create shipments via the portal or directly from your ERP system
- Add order lines
- Attach packing slips, track & trace information, containers, and documents
02
- Communicate in context about a shipment
- Workflow for handling exceptions and deviations
03
- Integration with your ERP or WMS system
- Via API, XML, SCSN, or ERP connector

Logistics statuses
Order line statuses linked to a shipment are automatically updated when the shipment status changes. This ensures that both portal users and the ERP system always have real-time insight into logistics status and expected ETD & ETA per order line.

Linking shipments to purchase orders
When a supplier indicates they will deliver more or fewer goods than agreed in the purchase order, this is automatically updated in the purchase order once approval is given. Because changes in expected receipts are visible earlier in the process, potential issues can be anticipated in time.
