Process and update order confirmations
Purchase orders can be shared directly and automatically with suppliers from the ERP system. Suppliers can then confirm orders electronically via an integration or manually through the portal. Any changes to the confirmation are automatically updated in the ERP once approved by the buyer, while also being stored in the portal. This ensures the complete order history is preserved.
Documents such as drawings and inspection reports can also be added to purchase orders, either manually or automatically.
Automated claims handling
Save time through automated claims. If an order is not confirmed by the supplier within a predefined timeframe set by the buyer, an automatic reminder is sent to the supplier.
Automatic tasks can also be created for suppliers when orders are not shipped or delivered within the agreed timeframe.
When determining whether an order is late, the time required for inbound or outbound logistics processes can also be taken into account.
Price comparisons
