In-context communication
Within the Tradecloud platform, you can communicate with your suppliers in real time via the chat functionality to quickly reach alignment. All communication is stored centrally and can easily be retrieved by everyone involved. Communication always happens “in context,” meaning it is always linked to a specific order, order line, or delivery.
Transparent agreements
Because all communication is stored centrally, no information gets “lost” in colleagues’ inboxes. Anyone authorized to open an order or shipment also has access to the full history, including all communication related to that order or shipment.
Internal notes
In addition to in-context communication, it is also possible to add internal notes. These notes are visible only to you and your colleagues. This allows both internal and external matters to be documented in context, ensuring that all information is stored in one central place.
