HOW TO – Split an order line

Tradecloud One provides the possibility to split an order line into two or more delivery moments, a delivery moment is called a “delivery line”.

Additional delivery lines can be requested during the proposal or reopen request process on order line level. To do so, first locate the order line in the portal and open the request dialog, by clicking on the “Proposes changes” or “Reopen request” button.

In the request dialog, additional delivery lines can be requested by clicking on “+”.

When the request is submitted, a task is created for the buyer wherein is asked to approve or reject your request.
