How Can We Help?
Delivery schedule & Delivery history
Tradecloud One supports (planned) split deliveries for an order line through the use of a delivery schedule.
What is a delivery schedule?
A delivery schedule represents the (to be) agreed-upon dates and quantities on which the order line items will be (or should have been) delivered. There can be one or multiple deliveries scheduled for a single order line.
Note: The delivery schedule should not be updated when, for example, items are delivered two days early or late. Actual deliveries are logged in the delivery history.
What is the delivery history?
The delivery history records the actual delivery dates and delivered quantities as booked into the ERP system of the buyer. There can be one or multiple goods receipts booked in the delivery history of an order line.
How is a delivery schedule typically used?
A buyer orders 10 items for date X. The supplier is unable to deliver all the items on the requested date. However, it can deliver 4 items on the requested date, so the supplier creates a delivery schedule including two delivery moments: 4 items on date X and 6 items on date Y.
