HOW TO – Find specific orders

You can search for orders in different ways, the best method depends on what you are looking for and what you know about it. 

• If you know the order number of the order you are looking for, you can best use the General search box.
• If you don’t know the order number but you do know any other kind of information related to the specific order you can best use the Advanced order search
• If you don’t know anything specific related to the order, but you do know, for example, the supplier, status, or destination of the order, then you best search via the filter options on the Orders page.
