Supplier integration CSV v2

Tradecloud supports CSV files as one of its default supplier integration options.

The following protocols are available for data transfer:

• SFTP: Data can be exchanged using either our SFTP server or your own.
• Email: Order messages are sent to a fixed email address. Optionally, order response messages can also be received at a designated email address. It is important to establish clear agreements regarding email subjects and file naming conventions.
