What is a charge line?
Charge lines are intended to agree upon additional services related to an item, such as packing, administration, inspection, and certification related services. Charge lines can be intended by the buyer during the issuing of the order, but they can also be added by the supplier during a proposal or reopen request.
Where to find a charge line?
Charge lines can be found in the following locations:
- On the order line overview page
- On the order detail page
- On the order line detail page
Supplier users can add additional charges to an order line by doing a reopen request or proposal.
