How do I change or reset my password?
Note: you can only reset your password when your account as been activated. When your account has never been activated, you can ask a colleague to send you a re-invite.
You can change or reset your password in two ways.
To change your password if you’re already logged in:
- Go to “My profile”
- Scroll down to the “Security” header
- Unfold “Password”
- Click on “Send recovery link”
You will receive an email with a recovery link. Use that link to create a new password.
To reset your password if you’re not able to login:
- Go to “https://portal.tradecloud1.com/login“
- Click on “Forgot password?”
- Enter your email address and click on “Send recovery link”
You will receive an email with a recovery link. Use that link to create a new password.
