Bulk actions

Buyers & suppliers can perform bulk actions on an order detail page. Bulk actions can be used to perform one action for multiple order lines within the same order.

Supported bulk actions for suppliers:

• Bulk accept for issued & in progress (because of a proposal) lines.
• Bulk reject for issued & in progress (because of a proposal) lines.
• Bulk propose changes for issued & in progress (because of a proposal) lines (only requesting another delivery date is possible when proposing changes for multiple lines).
• Bulk reopen request for confirmed & in progress (because of a reopen request) lines (only requesting another delivery date is possible when requesting changes for multiple lines).
• Bulk logistical status update for delivery lines with a positon

Supported bulk actions for buyers:

• Bulk approve proposed changes by the supplier
• Bulk reject proposed changes by the supplier
• Bulk approve requested changes by the supplier
• Bulk reject requested changes by the supplier

Buyer & supplier users can select lines in the order detail pages manually or they can use the bulk select feature. The business logic of Tradecloud prevents that a user can select lines that do not follow the same rules, eg. like issued and confirmed lines.

To update the logistical status in bulk, the supplier can click on the “Update logistical status” button that is shown on the order detail page.
