Geachte relatie,

Bij X wordt elke machine ontwikkeld volgens het X concept. Dit betekent dat efficiency, economie, ergonomie en ecologie doorslaggevend zijn in alles wat we produceren. Dit stelt ons in staat de behoeften van de klant te overtreffen, wat leidt tot een wereldwijde voorsprong in innovatie en techniek.

Ook binnen ons inkoopteam willen wij deze gebruiken om onze processen te optimaliseren. Een belangrijke pijler hiervoor is het minimaliseren van administratieve taken en focussen op uitzonderingen. Om dit te realiseren zijn wij een samenwerking aangegaan met het Supply Chain Platform TradeCloud. Voor ons is het van belang dat onze leveranciers actief op dit platform opereren om zo het meeste resultaat te behalen voor beide partijen.

Vanaf DD/MM/YYYY zullen orderbevestigingen en operationele communicatie alleen via dit platform verlopen.

Each X machine and application is developed in accordance to the X concept. This means we take efficiency, economy, ergonomics and ecology into account and let them be decisive in all we produce. This enables us to meet and exceed the customers’ needs, leading to a global innovative and technological advantage.

We also want to use this concept within our purchasing team to optimize our processes. An important pillar for this is minimizing administrative tasks and focusing on exceptions. To realize this, we have entered into a partnership with the Supply Chain Platform TradeCloud. For us it is important that our suppliers operate actively on this platform in order to achieve the highest result for both parties.

From the DD/MM/YYYY, order confirmations and operational communication can therefore only go through TradeCloud.
