HOW TO – add/update company account codes
To update the account code of an existing company connection open the Network page, and click on the pencil to enter or edit the account code.
Note: only admin users can update account codes.
Make sure the account code you enter here is the same as the account code your contact is known in your ERP system. Based on this code Tradecloud matches the order (response) message from your ERP to the correct company in Tradecloud.
