The Supply Chain Metrics page gives an insight performance of your supply chain based on the historical events logged within the Tradecloud One platform.

The Supply Chain Metrics consist of the following generic metrics:

• Zero-touch order line count
• Response time
• Exception distribution
• Order value
• Item value
• On-Time In-Full

Note: No custom metrics will be developed withing the Tradecloud One platfrom. If you want to use the Tradecloud One data in your own metrics dashboard, please contact Sales@tradecloud1.com.
