In Tradecloud users can chat real-time which each other “in context” of an order, line or shipment.
Users can chat by opening the order (line) or shipment detail page of intrest, or they can reply on a message directly via the related task.
Tradecloud supports two types of message:
- Messages
- Internal notes
Messages will trigger an task for the other part, so they can reply on the task.
Internal notes can be recognized by the yellow colour. When send, they will trigger only add an activity to the activity stream, which can only be seen by users of your own company. Internal notes will Never be shown to the your buyer/supplier.
