This page describes how default order contact are used within the Tradecloud One portal.
What is a default order contact?
A default order contact is an active user within the Tradecloud One platform who is assigned as the primary contact person for all orders from a specific buyer or supplier.
When will a default order contact be assigned to an order?
When an order is sent from the buyer’s ERP system to the Tradecloud One platform, Tradecloud checks if the emails in the order match active users within the related company. If no emails are provided or the emails cannot be matched, the platform uses the default order contact.
Where can a default order contact be assigned?
Default order contact persons can be assigned in the Netwerk page by admin users within your company.
