Supplier integration XML UBL 2.1

Tradecloud supports a subset of XML UBL 2.1 as one of its default supplier integration options.

• You can find the supported sub-set specification in TC supplier integration XML UBL 2.1
• You can find the complete specification in Universal Business Language Version 2.1

The following protocols are available for data transfer:

• SFTP: Data can be exchanged using either our SFTP server or your own.
• HTTPS: For order confirmations, an Authorization header must be included. This header should contain a username and password provided by us, encrypted using basic authentication.
• Email: Order messages are sent to a fixed email address. Optionally, order response messages can also be received at a designated email address. It is important to establish clear agreements regarding email subjects and file naming conventions.
