Bij Bedrijf X groeien we hard. De doelstellingen zijn ambitieus; zo wil Bedrijf X binnen 3 jaar de productie verdubbeld hebben, naar ruim ## machines. Dit betekent dat efficiency, effectiviteit en het voorkomen van verspilling doorslaggevend zijn om succesvol te produceren.

Ook binnen ons inkoopteam willen wij onze processen optimaliseren. Een belangrijke pijler hiervoor is het minimaliseren van administratieve taken zodat we ons kunnen focussen op kerntaken en eventuele uitzonderingen. Om dit te realiseren hebben wij gekozen voor Tradecloud supply chain platform (Zie www.tradecloud.nl). Het is van belang dat wij middels dit platform gaan samenwerken met de leveranciers voor de hoogst haalbare efficiency voor beide partijen. Gezien het feit dat wij leverancier X zien als partner voor de lange termijn zouden we dan ook graag Tradecloud implementeren. In deze brief vragen we je een keuze te maken over de manier van integratie.

Het Tradecloud One platform biedt de volgende voordelen:

• Onze inkooporders worden direct en automatisch naar jullie verstuurd vanuit ons ERP zodra ze zijn vrijgegeven
• Minder administratieve handling voor alle partijen, alle orders die ‘kloppen’ willen we niet meer aanraken, alleen uitzonderingen komen in de workflow
• Centrale communicatie over alles rondom een order (stoppen met emails)
• Real time inzage in alle openstaande orders en eventuele wijzigingen
• Eenvoudig aansluiten, alleen een internet connectie is nodig
• Het Tradecloud portal is gratis te gebruiken, voor integratie met je eigen ERP systeem is een abonnement nodig

Implementatie van Tradecloud kan op diverse manieren;

1. Zonder integratie eigen ERP-systeem. Deze manier is kosteloos. Je ontvangt je orders via een email notificatie en bevestigt deze in het portal.
2. Met integratie eigen ERP-systeem. Je ontvangt orders en verstuurd bevestigingen al dan niet volledig automatisch. Diverse opties voor implementatie kunt u vinden op https://www.tradecloud1.com/en/erp-integration-for-suppliers/. Een koppeling met het eigen ERP systeem biedt tevens voor de leverancier een efficiëntere manier van werken, echter zijn ook hier kosten aan verbonden. Concrete opties zijn in de bijlage weergegeven.

Om de eerste stap te zetten vragen we u om aan te melden bij Tradecloud en een keuze te maken op welke manier de aansluiting moet plaatsvinden. Bijlage: Opties voor integratie met eigen ERP Systeem.

Integratie met het Tradecloud One platform en je eigen ERP systeem kan op de volgende manieren:

1. Via een EDI of iDOC aansluiting: Je ontvangt orders en verstuurd bevestigingen via EDIFACT  bestanden volledig automatisch in je eigen ERP systeem.
   Investering: € ####,- eenmalig en vanaf ###,- per maand
2. Via CSV of XML aansluiting: Je ontvangt orders en verstuurd bevestigingen via het uitwisselen van bestanden in een standaard CSV of XML formaat.
   Investering: € ####,- eenmalig en vanaf ###,- per maand
3. Via een API: je sluit zelf je eigen ERP systeem aan op de Tradecloud API. Zie https://docs.tradecloud1.com/api/
   Investering: € ####,- eenmalig en vanaf ###,- per maand
4. Via het SCSN netwerk: Je ontvangt de order via je eigen ERP leverancier die aangesloten is op het SCSN netwerk (Zoals Exact, ISAH, MKG of ECI)
   Investering: De kosten lopen via je eigen SCSN provider, vraag daar om een offerte of neem contact op met Tradecloud.

Dear supplier,

At Company X we are growing fast and our goals for the near future are ambitious. We strive towards doubling of our production, meaning more than ## machines annually. Key element for achieving this goal is efficient and effective production while simultaneously reducing waste.

Our procurement team also needs to optimize its processes. An important aspect of this is minimizing administrative burdens, so we can focus on exceptions and the key parts of our tasks. In order to achieve this, we have chosen to work with Tradecloud supply chain platform (see www.tradecloud1.com). We need to cooperate with our main suppliers on this platform in order to achieve higher efficiency. Because we consider supplier X as a long-term partner we would like to implement Tradecloud together. In this letter we would like you to make a choice in the manner of integration to Tradecloud.

Tradecloud One platform offers the following advantages:

• Purchase orders are automatically sent from our ERP system as soon as they are released
• Less administrative handling for all parties, because purchase orders that are ‘correct’ don’t have to be manually handled, only exceptions will be handled in a workflow
• We can lessen the number of emails back and forth, because all communications regarding purchase orders are handled within the context of the purchase order in the platform
• Real time insight in the status of all outstanding purchase orders, updates and exceptions
• Easy connection. Only internet access needed
• The Tradecloud web portal is free to use. Integration with your own ERP system for further efficiency is also an option.

Implementation of Tradecloud is possible at your convenience

1. Without integrating your own ERP system. This is free of charge. Purchase orders are shown in the web portal and email notifications are sent automatically. Only access to the internet is needed.
2. With integration to your own ERP system. You can receive purchase orders directly into your ERP system, ready for processing and thereby offering a more efficient way of working.
