  • Are the rates all-in?

    Yes, there are no added costs as with traditional licence software. The monthly plans include hosting, maintenance and support. 
  • How does the ERP integration work? 

    We have standard connectors available for most ERP systems. Examples are Exact, SAP, Ridder, Infor, Microsoft, MKG, ISAH, Glovia and many others.
  • Can I create an unlimited number of suppliers and users?

    Yes and hundreds of manufacturing and wholesale companies are already active on the supply chain platform.
  • Do I have to get onboarding help?

    Yes. Every new customer needs implementation in order for the first suppliers to be quickly up and running.  
  • Do I have to pay in advance for a year?

    Yes, according to the contract you have to pay one year in advance. We have noticed that customers are more successful if they tend to look a year ahead. Long-term success is our goal.
