HOW TO – Update the logistical status

Tradecloud One provides the possibility to supplier to update the logistical status of delivery lines via the portal. To do so, first locate the order line in the portal which you want to update.

After you have located the order line, you can update the logistical status of each delivery line, by clicking on the “Update logistical statuses” button.

A dialog will be opened, here you can update the logistical status and add an ETA (Estimated Time of Arrival, at the incoterm location) & ETD (Estimated Time of Departure, at the incoterm location) per delivery line.

Available logistical status are:

Logistical status Meaning
Open The physical location of the goods is unknown or not (yet) applicable.
ProducedThe production of the goods is completed, but the goods are not yet ready to ship, eg. because the destination is not known yet or an inspection is required.
Ready to shipThe goods can be shipped to the final destination.
ShippedThe goods are shipped.
DeliveredThe goods are delivered at the final destination.

A delivery line must have a position originated from the buyer’s ERP to be able to update the logistical status of a delivery line.
